Speak2Key Kullanım Şartları

Speak2Key uygulamasını ve web sitesini kullanarak, aşağıdaki kullanım şartlarını kabul etmiş olursunuz. Lütfen bu şartları dikkatlice okuyunuz.

1. Uygulamanın Kullanımı

• Speak2Key uygulaması, sesli komutlarla bilgisayarınızdaki belirli eylemleri tetiklemek için tasarlanmıştır.
• Uygulama, kişisel ve ticari kullanım için özel bir lisans gerektirir.
• Uygulamanın yasalara aykırı veya zarar verici faaliyetler için kullanılması kesinlikle yasaktır.
• Uygulamanın kaynak kodunu kopyalamak, değiştirmek, tersine mühendislik yapmak veya dağıtmak kesinlikle yasaktır.

2. Fikri Mülkiyet Hakları

• Speak2Key uygulaması ve web sitesindeki tüm içerik (yazılım kodu, tasarım, metin, grafikler, logolar vb.) Speak2Key'e veya lisans verenlerine aittir ve uluslararası telif hakkı yasalarıyla korunmaktadır.
• Uygulamayı kullanmanız size bu fikri mülkiyet üzerinde herhangi bir hak veya lisans vermez.
• Vosk ses tanıma motoru, kendi lisans koşullarına tabidir.

3. Sorumluluk Reddi

• Speak2Key uygulaması "olduğu gibi" sağlanmaktadır ve herhangi bir açık veya zımni garanti verilmez.
• Speak2Key, uygulamanın kesintisiz, hatasız veya virüs içermediği konusunda garanti vermez.
• Speak2Key, uygulamanın kullanımından veya kullanılamamasından kaynaklanan hiçbir doğrudan, dolaylı, arızi, özel veya sonuçsal zarardan sorumlu tutulamaz. Buna veri kaybı, kar kaybı veya iş kesintisi dahildir, ancak bunlarla sınırlı değildir.
• Uygulamanın ses tanıma performansı, mikrofon kalitesi, arka plan gürültüsü ve Vosk modelinin doğruluğu gibi harici faktörlere bağlı olarak değişebilir. Speak2Key, tanıma doğruluğu konusunda herhangi bir garanti vermez.

4. Kullanıcı Davranışı

• Uygulamayı kullanırken veya web sitesini ziyaret ederken, yürürlükteki tüm yasalara ve düzenlemelere uymakla yükümlüsünüz.
• Uygulamanın kötüye kullanılması, sistemlere zarar verilmesi veya diğer kullanıcıların deneyimini olumsuz etkileyecek faaliyetlerde bulunulması yasaktır.

5. Üçüncü Taraf Yazılımlar ve Bağlantılar

• Speak2Key uygulaması ve web sitesi, üçüncü taraf yazılımlara (örneğin Vosk, Newtonsoft.Json) ve web sitelerine bağlantılar içerebilir. Bu üçüncü tarafların eylemleri veya içerikleri üzerinde hiçbir kontrolümüz yoktur ve bunlardan sorumlu değiliz.
• Üçüncü taraf hizmetlerin kullanımı, o hizmetlerin kendi hüküm ve koşullarına tabidir.

6. Şartların Değiştirilmesi

Speak2Key, bu Kullanım Şartlarını herhangi bir zamanda değiştirme hakkını saklı tutar. Değişiklikler, web sitesinde yayınlandığı anda yürürlüğe girer. Değişiklikleri düzenli olarak gözden geçirmeniz tavsiye edilir.

7. Fesih

Bu şartlara uymamanız durumunda, Speak2Key'in size uygulama veya web sitesi erişimini askıya alma veya sonlandırma hakkı saklıdır.

8. Geçerli Yasa

Bu Kullanım Şartları, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına göre yorumlanacak ve uygulanacaktır.

• The speech recognition performance of the application may vary depending on external factors such as microphone quality, background noise, and the accuracy of the Vosk model. Speak2Key makes no guarantees regarding recognition accuracy.

4. User Conduct

• When using the application or visiting the website, you are obliged to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Misuse of the application, damage to systems, or engaging in activities that negatively affect other users' experience is prohibited.

5. Third-Party Software and Links

• The Speak2Key application and website may contain links to third-party software (e.g., Vosk, Newtonsoft.Json) and websites. We have no control over the actions or content of these third parties and are not responsible for them.
